What you can do with Posta

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Posta on devices you own or control, as the rules of the store you got it from allow, for your own learning and not for business use. Posta is licensed to you, not sold.

You agree not to:

Posta Premium, free trials and billing

Posta Premium is a paid subscription that opens all of Posta. We may offer part of Posta for free; what the free plan includes may change.

What you say and write in Posta

Your answers, your voice recordings and your Hablar conversations are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so that we can run Posta for you, give you feedback, and fix and improve the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them and who processes them for us.

Our content

Posta, including its lessons, texts, audio, art, the character Pancho, the name and the logo, belongs to PICAWAVE, LLC or to those who license it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms don't give you any right to it beyond using the app as described here.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Changes to Posta

We keep working on Posta. We may add, change or remove lessons and features, and we may stop offering Posta. If we close Posta while you have a paid subscription, we'll tell you in advance.

Ending your use

No warranty

Posta is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that Posta will always be available, free of errors, or right for your purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, PICAWAVE, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, that come from using Posta. Our total liability to you for any claim about Posta is limited to the amount you paid for Posta in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars, whichever is more.

Some countries and states don't allow some of these limits. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for gross negligence or intentional harm, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

If you have a problem with Posta, please write to us first. We'll try to sort it out.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know in the app before they apply. If you keep using Posta after that, you accept the new terms.
